Our MR2 Turbo Radiator got busted during one of our offroad experiences. After some research, we decided to go aftermarket and purchase the PWR aluminum radiator, and upgraded the A/C receiver also.
The radiator is nicely built and seemed pretty light. As a test we weighed both the stock MR2 Turbo radiator and the PWR radiator. The stock raditor came in at 12 pounds, and the PWR at 10 pounds.

Not absolutely sure how most people drop the radiator in the MR2, but we decided to remove the widebody front bumper, and then the metal brace in front of the radiator. The brace was cakewalk to remove, just a few bolts. After removing these two things, we decided to also spray some undercoating around the radiator support just to make sure we stay rust free in that area.
One thing that we did notice, is that the radiator bleed nipple that is on the PWR raditor didn't come with a cap. We went and bought a -4an fitting cap for the nipple, and so far soo good.
