After viewing the MR2, we decided to start another project called flushmount headlight F40. This is after reviewing many flushmount systems, and found that the Ferrari F40 provided the looks we were after.

The initial very rough draft of the flushmount headlight system was relatevely easy to get mocked up. A few things we did notice. There is a subtle bend to the hood above the headlights. We'll have to make sure the lexan or whatever plastic we use conforms to this shape. The other thing is that we will need projector headlights or round lights that are around 3 inches in diameter.

Some other things that we will have to think about is adjustment possibilities to the lights once the case has been constructed, and how the headlight system will be bolted down. We are hoping to make it were the body doesn't need to be modified.
