Looks like the A2W R&D is still going. After performing vacuum/boost leak tests, the BOV was leaking around part of the weld and the intake hose between the turbo and AFM were leaking. Decided to purchase some aluminum rod and welded studs into intercooler. After welding was completed, new threads were created on the the stud--piece of cake on aluminum.
